"The Pond House"

 

The "Pond House" is a spacious 1000 sq. ft. cottage with a full front screened lanai. The tropical landscaping center piece is a tide pond. Light and airy are the full kitchen and living room. There are two tropical carpeted bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with two singles that can be converted to a king and has an open lanai. Additionally a 200 sq. ft. separate guest room, with outdoor bathhouse, is available to accommodate a larger group.

Rental includes:
Utensils, dishes, pots & pans, refrigerator, electric stove, toaster oven, microwave, blender, automatic coffee maker, linens, washer & dryer, pillows, blankets, lounge chairs, baby high-chair and playpen, ceiling fans, BBQ, radio/cassette/CD player, TV/VCR/DVD, games/books/puzzles and telephone (calling card needed for long distance), parking.

Daily house keeping is not provided

Rates do not include Hawaii Accommodations and General Excise taxes, and are based on single & double occupancy with a 2 night minimum stay. The separate guest room is available for an additional charge. Inquire as to the amount. During the Christmas and Easter holiday seasons, there is a 4 night minimum stay.

A deposit is needed within 7 days of reservation for confirmation. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. 

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of your cancelling, there will be a $25.00 fee payable. Cancellation prior to 30 days of your arrival date will allow for a full refund, less fee. Cancellation within 30 days of your arrival date, the deposite is forfeited and the remaining tariff, less fee, is refunded. November through April refunds are only issued if the time slot can be rebooked.
